These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpikeForecaster's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
